Upload a clear photo of your handwritten message, and we’ll carefully reproduce it on your chosen product. Whether it’s a mug or a coaster, this is a perfect way to turn meaningful words into lasting memories. If there are any issues with uploading the photo or if the quality is insufficient, an email will first be sent to you asking if a better photo can be provided.

Please note: As each item is uniquely personalized for you, returns or exchanges are not possible. The mugs cannot go in the dishwasher; they must be washed by hand

Dimensions:

-All the mugs have a capacity around 250ml. Because its handmade and we don’t use molds, this can vary a bit.

-Hanging heart 13cm x 13cm

-Coaster 6cm by 6cm. The coasters come in a set of 2

1. Product Information:

All mugs are handmade and may contain natural imperfections, such as variations in glaze, shape, or other details. If you have any questions about your mug upon receiving it, please email me at ceramicsisa@gmail.com, and we will find a solution together.

The colors I provide might look different because of variations in my environment and yours, so I can’t promise your order will look exactly like it does online.

2. Shipping and Delivery:

• Custom Mugs: Orders for custom mugs are typically shipped within 8 weeks, but this cannot always be guaranteed. If the 8-week timeframe is exceeded, you will receive an email with an update about your order.

• In-Stock Mugs: In-stock mugs are shipped within 1-2 days. These cannot be personalized.

3. Returns and Exchanges:

Returns are not accepted. If a product is damaged or defective, it may be replaced upon approval. Contact me at ceramicsisa@gmail.com for assistance.
